EXPERIENCED GARDENER

Experienced horticulturalist or an individual with a desire to develop their gardening career.
Minimum requirements:

  • Good knowledge of plants
  • Available to work Monday to Friday 7.15am – 4.30pm
  • Able to undertake all aspects of gardening
  • Presentable and friendly
  • Professional and reliable

Requirements preferred:

  • Recognised qualification in Horticulture
  • Full, clean UK driving licence

This is a full-time, permanent position with an exciting and dynamic company with the opportunity to develop your career.
Salary: £18,000 – £23,000 depending upon experience and current qualifications.

EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPER

Hard landscaper to join our team. Successful applicant will be working with our current team to construct dynamic and exciting landscapes.
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hard landscaping, construction, groundwork or bricklaying is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well-organised and capable of managing projects and staff
  • Available to work Monday to Friday 7.15am – 4.30pm
  • Ability to work to deadlines

APPRENTICE GARDENER

If you would like to start a career in gardening or landscaping, we are an ideal employee. With three successful apprentices already working for the company, we are keen to encourage anyone with an interest in horticulture, enthusiasm for hard work and keen to study, to join us as an apprentice. The role involves:

  • gaining a qualification with the Royal Horticultural Society through Hadlow College
  • learning on the job through working with knowledgeable and experienced people
  • earn while you learn. We comply with the rules and regulations of the apprentice scheme

Salary: £3.70 per hour
Job Type: Full-time with time allowed to attend college
