Landscaping Site Foreman

Job description:

The successful applicant will be expected to build and manage a high-end landscaping project from start to finish. As part of the role you will be required to liaise with your team and with the company Director.

Duties will include:

• Liaising with management regarding materials, schedule and staff

• All aspects of hard landscaping – paving, carpentry and setting out

• Communicating with clients and assigning staff duties throughout the project

• Pro-active planning and organising

As part of the role you will be required to be capable in communicating directly with clients as well as staff and constructing gardens to a very high standard. Within the scope of this exciting position there will be opportunities to be involved with the further development of the business, individual projects and to add your own ideas and knowledge.

Minimum requirements:

• Full driving licence

• Experience of leading a team

• Excellent customer service skills and communication

• Organised, professional and reliable

The successful candidate will be allocated a work van, fuel card and tools required

This is a full time permanent position.

Salary: £32,000-£38,000 per year

Qualified Tree Surgeon

We are looking for a hard-working, reliable tree surgeon with experience and a full UK driving licence. you must be fully qualified.

• Full, clean UK driving licence

• Good work ethic and reliable team player

• Organised, professional, conscientious and reliable

• Ability to work to deadlines and be flexible

 This is a full-time (Mon-Fri) permanent position with a progressive, exciting and dynamic company with the opportunity to develop your career.

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 depending upon experience
