Hythe Garden Landscapes, based in South East Kent, is looking for an experienced Landscaping Site Foreman to join our award-winning team.

We are a family-run business specialising in the construction of high-end domestic gardens. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Site Foreman to take responsibility for projects from start to finish, lead a team and deliver gardens to an exceptional standard.

The Role

As the Landscaping Site Foremen, you will be responsible for managing and constructing projects from start to finish. You will lead a team, liaise directly with clients and work closely with the company Director to ensure each project is delivered to a high standard, on schedule and with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with management regarding materials, schedules and staffing

  • Leading a landscaping team and allocating daily duties with the assistance of schedule software

  • Delivering all aspects of hard landscaping, including paving, carpentry and bespoke construction

  • Communicating confidently and professionally with clients

  • Planning and organising projects proactively

  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, presentation and customer service

  • Problem-solving on site and ensuring projects progress efficiently

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, experience and knowledge to the continued development of the business and our projects.

About You

  • Confident leading and managing a team

  • Professional, organised and reliable

  • A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills

  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for a project

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional quality

  • Full clean driving licence

The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining a variety of private gardens to a high standard, working as part of a professional team.

Your duties will include:

  • Lawn mowing and lawn care

  • Hedge trimming and pruning

  • Weeding and border maintenance

  • Planting and mulching

  • Seasonal garden tidy-ups

  • Leaf clearance

  • General garden maintenance

  • Providing excellent customer service at every visit

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • A passion for gardening and the outdoors

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills

  • A full UK driving licence is essential
