Description: We are looking for an experienced Landscaping team leader lead the delivery of high-quality, designed, landscaping projects ranging up to £200k in South-East Kent. This role suits someone who takes pride in running organised, professional sites and delivering work to a high standard. You will be responsible for managing a skilled landscaping team, coordinating daily tasks, ensuring health and safety compliance and maintaining quality across every stage of the build.
Requirements:
Proven experience supervising landscaping or construction projects
Ability to manage site teams and co-ordinate daily work
Strong understanding of landscape construction methods
Ability to read scaled drawings and manage materials and deliveries
Excellent attention to quality and safety
Full UK driving licence
Salary: £35,000 - £46,000
Hard Landscaping Labourer
Description: We are looking for a Hard Landscaping Labourer to join our team working on high-quality landscaping projects. This role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and enjoys working as part of a small but highly professional landscaping team.
Requirements:
Experience in landscaping, groundworks or construction preferred
Good work ethic and willingness to learn
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Punctual, reliable and safety conscious
Full UK driving licence
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000
