Gardener

Description:
We are currently seeking a hard-working and enthusiastic Gardener to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, professional company delivering high-quality garden maintenance across the Folkestone and Hythe area.

While previous experience is beneficial, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. A genuine interest in gardening, along with a basic understanding of horticulture, or a strong willingness to learn, is key.

You will have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and be able to work as part of a team under the direction of the team leader to help us deliver high-end gardens for our clients. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including lawn care, planting, pruning, hedge cutting, and general garden maintenance, helping to ensure every garden is presented to the highest standard.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is keen to develop their skills within a supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills, as you will be working on a variety of residential projects and interacting with clients on a regular basis

  • A full, clean driving licence is essential

  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

  • A positive, reliable, and can-do attitude

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Willingness to learn and develop horticultural knowledge

Salary:
£26,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

Hard Landscaping Assistant

Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Hard Landscaping Assistant to join our team, working on high-quality landscaping projects for residential clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work outdoors, takes pride in producing excellent results, and thrives as part of a small, professional, and skilled landscaping team.

You will gain valuable experience in all aspects of hard landscaping. While previous experience in landscaping is preferred, a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are equally important. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of experienced colleagues, contributing to projects that transform outdoor spaces.

Requirements:

  • Experience in landscaping preferred, but not essential if willing to learn

  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment

  • Full UK driving licence

Salary:
£27,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience)
